Skilled Workers and Professionals

Facing labour shortages, the Canadian government has introduced numerous programs to locate skilled migrants to fill shortages in high demand occupations. The skill worker visa is assessed based on a points system where a minimum of 67 points is required for each application.

Generally these applicants have a post-secondary (college/university) education, work experience in a related field and proficiency in one or both of Canada's official languages (English/French).  All applicants must include their original IELTS test results along with the list of required documentation from the onset of submitting their application.
