Family Class Sponsorship

Family reunification holds high importance under Canadian Immigration law. Applicants who have close family members in Canada may be eligible for being sponsored.

There are two different processes for sponsoring a family member. One process is used for sponsoring one's spouse, conjugal or common-law partner and/or dependent children. Another process is used to sponsor other eligible relatives.
