Sample Consulting Projects

Background:

Our Client was an international conglomerate and one of the largest manufacturing and distribution companies in the MENA region - with hundreds of million of dollars in revenue.  The client was is need of a strategic business plan to transform an internal business practice area into an independent Strategic Business Unit (SBU).  As part of their growth strategy, this plan was designed to capture new markets in the MENA region and ensure sustainable growth for the company.

Actions:
The Associates at NewBridge developed an in-depth strategic business plan where an overview of the industry and competitive landscape was presented to the client, followed by a 12-month role out plan of how to strategically launch the SBU in the MENA region.  A full SWAT analysis was presented along with financial projections on the overall cost of launching the SBU and a future cash flow analysis.



Background:
A group of private investors where seeking to invest approximately $10M of capital in several unique manufacturing businesses.  The investors did not want to be involved in the day-to-day operation and management of the assets, yet wanted a trustworthy and reliable team to manage the investments and grow the business.

Actions:
Developed a private placement memorandum and presented several business opportunities that exceeded the business profile the client's were seeking to invest in.  Conducted due diligence on the prospective businesses, developed a strategic investment plan and assembled a team for managing the investment under a Limited Liability structure that protected the investors rights and ownership.
